André Carrington, President
P.Eng, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP/C
André has nineteen years of professional IM/IT experience specializing in security and privacy architecture. He performs solution design, risk assessment, policy development and process improvement.
André has held past positions as a Director at Canada Health Infoway, a Director at Sobeys, a Manager at Scotiabank, an Architect and Advisory Specialist at IBM Canada, and a Webmaster and Developer at other organizations. He has had clients in banking, healthcare, insurance, oil and gas, telecommunications, information technology, international security standards, mining, hydroelectricity, etc.
André helped develop and teach the "Method for Architecting Secure Solutions (MASS)" at IBM; and he developed and taught an 8-session course on "Internet and Intranet Security Issues" for the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering (Honours, Co-op) from the University of Waterloo and he is currently pursuing a Master of Mathematics degree in Computer Science.
